We service nearly 100 sites across Melbourne — from owners corporation buildings and commercial towers to schools and government campuses — and back every contract with the same systems, the same reporting, and the same people-first culture.

Led by Director Luke Valerio, APS has grown to its current scale in under a decade. Our relationship with all levels of staff is a key ingredient; happy and well-trained staff produce a result that needs to be experienced.

In late 2023 with industry-leading technology and a pipeline of premium staff, APS entered the world of Commercial cleaning, starting with the iconic 600-lot property at 1 Queens Road Melbourne. In 2025 the acquisition of FIXD Property Solutions extended the group into education and government facilities.
